At 7am, the lot was almost full. |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
High water due to overnight storm. Made all (3) crossings on the way out, used the goat trail on the way back, avoided last (first) two crossings. Goat trail is easy to find and follow if you trust the trail. On the way out, we did not trust the trail, so we crossed. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trails were wet, but generally in good condition |
|
| Dog-Related Notes: |
This seems to be a dog friendly hike. I was disappointed to not have my dog. I chose not bring him due to forecasted T-storms, but there is plenty of water for them and only one high rock scramble that would be any issue. |

| Comments: |
Our hike was an out and back, parked at the lot. Very enjoyable despite the wet trails and river crossings. Moderate effort required. We are slower hikers and the full hike was 8.5 hours. Good views, above treeline from North Twin, better views from South Twin. The col is very enjoyable, especially during fern season. |
