Comments
Comments: Full disclosure... I didn't need the peaks in July, so I rode my bike in as far as South Slide.

I wanted North Slide for my redline. The middle section of this trail was super steep in places, and damp / wet in places... but I traveled in the scrub on the left when the slide didn't seem safe. The top third of the slide reminded me of the slide up to Owl's Head... and being more open, it was nice and dry. I had to pay attention, but I felt safe the entire way.

I began to head over to Middle / South... but with a big day tomorrow, decided to not continue and tempt a descent on South slide, and so I looped back around via Pine Bend & Scaur back to Livermore Trail. I explored the old logging camp and artifacts along the way, before retrieving my bike and ZOOMING back to the car!
