Parking along Ravine Lodge Road - was surprised that I could park close to the trailhead, only about 25 cars. |

All in great shape! |

| Dog-Related Notes: |
An easy one for the canines. No water past last crossing of Gorge brook (sing indicates last sure water) until lower pat of snapper trail. Saw many dogs of all shapes and sizes on the trail. |

| Bugs: |
Out and biting today, limited wind up top meant they were out at the summit as well. Bug spray very useful on this hike! |

| Comments: |
A great day out, can't recall a clearer view from Moosilauke except during the winter. Easy hiking up and down; trails never gets too steep. Met 20 or so others on the trails today. |
