| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Boott Spur was in pretty good condition through woods. Not used much but pretty easy to follow for the most part. Once above treeline, the cairns led the way. |

Saw two dogs coming down Tuckermans |

| Bugs: |
Bugs were persistant in the woods, especially on way back down after Hermit Shelter. But deet pretty much held them off except for a bite here and there. |
