Comments
Comments: It's not often I will hike on a weekend, however some hike partners only have weekend availability. They need to take vacation days! So it's lesser loved peaks for trying to avoid the crowds. We leapfrogged with a 'Longest Day' group. There were groups out raising money for Alzheimer's this weekend and kudos to all who participated. Trails were wet from previous days rain. We were fortunate enough to not to encounter rain until we returned to the parking lot. Had a good view from the hut as the rain clouds hadn't rolled in yet. Glad to see the majority of people were over at Garfield!
