Parked off Rt. 11 at gate for old road leading into red trail, just a 100 yards from scenic turnout. Great way to avoid crowds at Mt Major lot. |

Trails in great condition and well marked, especially precipice trail |

Reuben love the trail, but needed water after the Precipice Falls over Straight Back. |

I lost a small back notebook on Precipice Trail near bottom of falls. Could be next to or under a very large down tree over trail where I stopped for lunch. It has many notes in it from hikes I've take. Please email me if you find it. Thanks |
