Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw one little dude. Carter Dome from the notch as a little steep for them but still do-able.
Bugs
Bugs: The strong gusts kept them away all day. Thank god.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: I lost both my hiking pole rubber feet on upper 19 mile. If you find them they are yours.

Comments
Comments: Upper 19 mile brook trail was quite wet so come prepared. The notch was beautiful today despite the strongs winds all day. Mt. Hight was wicked windy and cold, but still worth the side trip. Took the .6 to the underwhelming South Carter to check it off the list. We didn't come across any angry Grouse today...so that was a plus. Thank You to all of the crews maintaining the trails!
