Parking/Access Road Notes: I arrived early so lot of parking. When I came back at4pm there were cars along the side of the road.

Comments: Gorgeous day for a hike. Started out with my hiking friend Sasha who put flag on South Carter. Arrived at Middle Carter at noon, and saw the flag being hoisted up. With about 10 hikers there, turned into a cermony.Inspirational.
