Dry Trail, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |

Rock hopping at all crossings, plenty of water in the low areas running. Easy to filter. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
I think I can count the number of yellow blazes I saw on one hand. While not an issue wish there were more. :) |

| Bugs: |
I saw more mosquito's in Laconia outside Starburks. Black flies were out but they weren't bitting and I didn't need my headnet. Used only bug spray on my hat and around ankles. I wear long pants and shirts. |

Beautiful day hike, great 9.8 mile loop. Went up Mt. Hancock first then took the loop to South Hancock seems more people went the other way. Don't forget to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! |
