Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: No stream crossing problems. Some rocks still wet from previous precip., which made slippery going in spots. Summit ridge of Cannon & NE Cannonball had standing & some running water, most of which was avoidable with rock hopping.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A few blowdowns on Hi-Cannon, otherwise all clear.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Hi-Cannon's ladder is very challenging for dogs, although Stanley made it up on his own. Also many steep rock scrambles could be tough for small or older dogs. Descending Kinsman Ridge Trail is also very steep & rocky.
Bugs
Bugs: None.
Lost and Found

Comments
Comments: Hi-Cannon is very rough, steep & rocky, but extremely scenic, most definitely worth doing & only met one ascending hiker, quite a contrast to the many on the busy Lonesome Lake Trail later. Northeast Cannonball has some interesting views.
