Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Rock hopping got me across all on both Hurricane and Glencliff
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A few medium blowdowns on Hurricane. One duck under on Carriage Road that's been there since last fall. Glencliff is great.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Perfect for those four legged beasts.
Bugs
Bugs: I kept moving so they didn't bother me, but on the off chance that I stopped for a second at lower elevations, they were definitely active.

Comments
Comments: Hurricane trail was a nice change for my fifth time up Moose. I started at Glencliff and went west-east. The western half was nice and dry for about one mile until it got more muddy with some large patches of deep mud that I skirted around. A few portions of the trail are a little difficult to follow, so take care if you're passing through. The final mile of of the trail (descending to the Carriage Road) was pretty wet, but much easier to follow. Not a speck of ice anywhere.

Carriage Road was in great shape, albeit with a few mucky spots.

Glencliff was smooth sailing.
