Normal spring blowdowns down low. Above treeline no blowdowns :) |

Still some ice patches up high on Ammo, but navigated without traction. The high temps lately will make short work of that. On Tuckerman Ravine Trail above the junction with Alpine Garden Path there is a snowfield of perhaps 100' or so that I couldn't go around so I bare-boot skied it. The Agony of Defeat was narrowly avoided. Terrific day above treeline today :) :) |
