Comments
Comments: There is ice prior to alpine zone, most people barebooted. I tend to be cautious and I used microspikes for about 5-10 minutes. I am trying to get in better shape and I would rate this a moderate for cardiovascular challenge and not overly taking on the knees. It took me 5.3 hours to complete to give you an idea of my pace (or lack of, lol!). Once in the alpine zone the views were just incredible, 360 degrees. Go, do it, and enjoy!
