Comments
Comments: Perfect day for hiking, only saw a few people the entire day mostly near the hut. We were staying at LL Hut for the night, after dropping off some gear to lighten the packs, headed up to Cannon via Dodge Cut-off, Hi-Cannon and returning on Kinsman Ridge and Lonesome Lake trails. There is still ice on Kinsman Ridge leaving the summit in some very steep places - use caution. Spikes may be helpful for these sections. The ice and trees down made for a more difficult descent than we expected. The ice on Hi-Cannon was avoidable. No ice below the hut.
