Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: A few cars when we left Ferncroft at 7:00. Lot was full and cars parked on road when we returned just after 2:00.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: The one crossing on Dicey Mill Trail was rock-hoppable. Also a convenient downed tree, for those so inclined. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Few minor blowdowns; one major blowdown on Dicey Mill Trail about a mile below Rollins Trail junction. Can be detoured easily.  
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw Pemi (with Laurie, of course) just before Passaconaway summit.  
Bugs
Bugs: more than a few, but the light breeze kept them mostly at bay.

Comments
Comments: Carried spikes because we thought we might need them on Rollins Trail. Some icy patches on Rollins, but they can be avoided. Maybe I can put the spikes away until the fall!
