Comments
Comments: A very wet hike. The Avalon trail was muddy with some running water on the trail. After the fork for the A-Z trail we hit some ice. You could probably bare-boot it, but we were happy that we had spikes for the last half mile before the ridge. Raining at the peak, and started snowing kinda heavily on the way down. It was sticking to the trail, so there could be some accumulation by tomorrow, depending on how long the snow lasted.
