| Comments: |
a major H day today...hazy..hot..humid..on the Hancocks..usual mudpits in place on lower trails though mud not that wet..crossings all had water but easily done..The big mud hole by south in perfect midseason form..the other 2 on the ridge not bad..Trail is brushy climbing North from the ridge..Went counterclockwise today..seemed an easier climb out of the sun most of the way..Ridge trail has a great footbed most of the way...very nice |
