Final crossing over the Israel River required walking through the water. Rock hopping wasn't an option. |

Lots of blowdowns on both Castle Trail and Israel Ridge Path. Erosion on Israel Ridge. |

Beautiful hike. In the clouds all the way up Castle Trail to the summit of Jefferson. Clouds finally lifted around 2:30/3 p.m. coming down Jefferson to the Gulfside Trail. |
