Comments
Comments: Livermore Road was dry and firm, same for Scaur trail. Some ice higher up but easily avoidable. Approaching the steep summit cone of North Tripyramid we put on Hillsounds and they worked well. Some of the steepest spots were easily bypassed through the woods. We kept them on until we got to the South Tripyramid. From there we never saw any more ice. The South Slide was as good as you would find it in the summer. We never saw any other hiker until back on Livermore Road. Great hike with Marty.
