Light Traction |

Simple rock hopping. Ice on the banks but no issue in the streams themselves. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Blazes on the Jackson branch were few and far between. If we didn't have other people's track to follow we might have wondered if we were still on the trail at some points. |

A few mosquitoes showed up towards the end of the hike. |

| Comments: |
The lower part of the trail had patches of ice and lots of mud. No special equipment needed. After the Jackson branch split from the Webster branch it was pretty much ice the rest of the way. Spikes are very much recommended. The peak itself was snow-free, gorgeous views. |
