| Comments: |
Major ice flows for about a mile and then 2-4 inches of fresh powder. Met one group turning around because they didn't have traction. Full crampons are a must and an ice axe wouldn't be out of place on the steeper sections. The rebar handholds are clear, but most of the steps are beneath the ice. Once you get above the ice to the snow line the conditions were great. |
