Comments
Comments: Spikes from the start, then at the junction of Avalon and A-Z Trail I used last years hillsounds. My friend wore trail crampon pro's and that seemed like a much better option than my dull hillsounds. The conditions were icy slab sections with hard pack patches. We had a nice view of the Presis from the outlook before the summit and also a great view of the low cloud line into the Pemi where I waved to several friends doing a Zealand Bonds traverse. Excellent time with CK (as always!)
