A couple blow downs on the Mt. Tom spur both are knee level |

The trails are covered in a sheet of ice and some sort of traction is definitely needed. Micro-spikes or instep crampons are mandatory for this ascent. We descended the west side of A-Z and bushwhacked to West Field. Full report below. |
