Going up Airline - dry conditions. Lots of rock hopping on the final scramble to summit. Coming down took several seldom used trails -Upper Bruin & Brookside to the stream crossing are very wet, some severe mud conditions and extremely slippery due to large exposed tree roots & wet rocks. Kelton & Inlook trs in very good shape. Outstanding view from Dome Rock seeing where we had been. Overall a very good day. Lots of people on the summit and at Madison Hut. |
