Comments
Comments: 19 Mile trail was a mix of frozen dirt and ice. Tough to switch to microspikes as there are large sections of just dirt. Within a 1/4 mile into Carter Dome Trail, it became all ice/snow. Trail is well broken and spikes worked great all day. Path to South Carter is well worn but the trail to Mt Hight was less so. Much more snow but less traffic on this trail. Beautiful day at the top of Hight.
