Comments
Comments: What a great day to end the winter season with! A bright and sunny day with some real winter temps and new snow up top!
Mud on the lower portion of the trail was frozen to start, able to bareboot til just after the junction with Bald mountain. Micro spikes did the job for the ice flows and snow, kept them on all day until the return to the junction. Saw two wearing crampons, I carried mine but didn't switch over even on descent. Lots of people enjoying the day, coming up from both sides.
