Comments
Comments: A good day for a mountain with limited views. Trails were dry and mostly snow and ice free down low with an occasional muddy spot here and there. Started to see more ice around 3000 feet so that's when we put on our Microspikes. Didn't see much real snow until about 3300 feet. From there on up it was hard packed with some ice flows mixed in. A bit windy up high with some good gusts on the summit. On the way down it started to sleet and snow. The freshly fallen snow covered up some of the spotty ice down low making for some cautious steps.
