Comments
Comments: A really nice day with temps from 25 to 50 with clear sunny sky. With the early start I was first to the top of Hale and saw about 30 hikers and one dog as I was heading back down. The herd path was dry with some water flowing onto the trail for a short section. The North Twin Trail was about half dry and half ice which was easy to walk on or around. The Firewarden Trail was dry on the lower section and icy and packed snow on the top section. I wore micro spikes on this section. (First hike of the day).
