Gorgeous sunny day, about 24 degrees to start. Very little wind. We wore microspikes the entire 9 miles. We went clockwise on the loop, up Hancock and down South Hancock. That was a good choice for us; it would have been fun to try to bare boot glissading. A pretty hike along the ridge trail between peaks. |
