Barebooted until encountering flow ice then switched to Hillsounds. Minimal snow down low and packed powder up high. Could have used snowshoes on the ridge but not really necessary. My snowshoes have taken a ride on my pack more this year than on my feet. Bluebird day today. Winds minimal. |
