Comments
Comments: I wore micros car to car and my buddy wore crampons. There were some areas, I wish my crampons were on my feet as I slipped and fell a number of times as the micros were just not biting in. As in most areas of the Whites, there is a lot of ice and a lot of rock exposure (glad we went up Falling Waters and not down it). The ridge was in the clouds/fog when we crossed it, windy but because of warm temperatures, not a factor with the cold. Met a couple of hikers along the way so our group double by two over the ridge and down to the Hut where we met a few others. Old Bridal path was a mix of ice, hard pack and some sticky snow, with some areas of rock exposures your normally don't see this time of year.
