Comments
Comments: Trail and Zealand Road mostly icy. Thick and extensive ice near summit of Middle Sugarloaf. Wore microspikes going up, switched to Hillsounds for descent. They might have better for the whole hike. Good views with some of the higher peaks above or in the clouds. Amazing how little snow there is north of Franconia Notch.
