Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Ample parking in the cleared lot, basically bare ground with a trace of ice. One other car there on arrival, only mine on return. The access road to the parking lot is bare ground.

Trail Maintenance Notes: In the upper open woods section,a large blow down with the canopy obstructing the trial. It is just above where another large blow down was removed recently. Between the peaks, just beyond the gully, is a 5 inch duck under.

Comments: The trail is one long ice flow with ice bulges until snow drifts from 6 to 12 inches deep starting immediately before and up to the Waumbek summit Hillsounds were put on shortly after leaving the TH, fortunately sharpened yesterday, and stayed on till back to the car. No VFTT today. Only two others on the trail today, both wearing microspikes.
