Trail was in mint condition, just a few short patches of ice with a dusting of snow on top. Only made it to the tent shelters just past the Lion Head winter route juntion, a member of our group started to have foot issues from the cold. Sledded down Tuckerman Ravine Trail. Lots of skiers and campers on the trail.
Trail was in mint shape for a nice leisurely sled run down the hill, with a few spots for catching some air, and just a few spots where we had to walk a few yards to the next incline. |
