Little spikes up to hut and ~1 mile beyond. Then lots of ice bulges and steep ice.  Wouldn't have continued without crampons.  Couple of steep icy pitches on KRT as well.  
 
Only 2-3 inches new snow on ridge.  
 
Gorgeous undercast which was not expected this day!   |
