Water bottle found on trail, left it hanging on a limb to the left of the stairs at trailhead. |

| Comments: |
did the loop North to South, no major problems ascending North with microspikes and trekking poles. Small drifts making the cross to South, but pretty hairy descent from South. Best strategy is to butt-slide with ice axe. Mostly frozen granular, but small patches of ice made it challenging, keep your concentration and ice axe under you and you'll be fine. Full crampons would work too, but we decided against them after reading another trail report. That was a mistake. Conditions may have changed. |
