Comments
Comments: For this entire route there was a nice Microspike crunch underneath what little snow there is so they stayed on for the duration. Not knowing what to expect I did bring snowshoes though I never did consider wearing them - I hope they appreciated the free ride. It appears nobody had been on the FWT for a bit as maybe 1-2 inches of new show dusted over what few tracks were there. A fast trip can be had if you're into that sort of thing.

Good views were had through the trees on the FWT but really the views were of the trail itself as it really is nice. Other than one other hiker I encountered at the summit mid-morning I didn't see anyone else on this hike.
