Comments
Comments: It's been almost 2 months since our last real hike, so this was a great way to breathe some 4K air. We wore light traction all day. Saw people barebooting it too, snowshoe would be serious overkill. Didn't even require many layers to stay warm. We did see one guy in 3/4 length pants and no shirt. The trails are in great condition and nicely packed. Expect to posthole 2-3' if you step of to the side of the trail though. Pierce had no winds to speak of, Eisenhower had them gusting over 20MPH.
We did post our usual video on YouTube for anyone interested in seeing the hike or the trail conditions. Just follow the link.
