Only time spikes were needed was at the start the hike near the car. Once on the trail, it was smooth going the entire way. Bill measured winds on summit at 24mph and temps at 30.
Many young folks wearing spring attire and trail runners. Once on the summit we were comfortable with our insulated boots and hard shells.
