| Dog-Related Notes: |
Many many many dogs today. A good time was had by all. |
| Bugs: |
Saw one that looked like a spider near the top (except upon closer examination it had 6 legs). Snow fleas, too. |
| Lost and Found: |
Right after you pass the Mizpah cut off (on the way up), there is a tree on the right with a Stabilicer (I think) hanging on it. Left it there, in case the person came down later and needed it. |

Wonderful day! This was a good winter hike for those who aren't that big on winter. Microspikes were enough for this. Because of the warm temps the snow did ball up and stick to them, but no big deal. On the way down it was even warmer and in a few places I felt like I was walking on a sticky floor. We started a little early, but not enough to do Ike. Great views and not too much wind - I was able to enjoy the summit for quite a while without getting cold. |
