Well this was more of a recon hike to see if my snowshoes which I lost there on Sunday were in fact still there.. nope.. someone picked them up and must be tickled pink with a new set of snow shoes they found. Oh well lesson learned :( Can not believe how much snow the whites have lost in 4days. Lots more rocks and roots showing. Looks like beginning of March out there.. I could of barebooted up until the ice bulges (where I lost those snowshoes). Fast trail conditions right now. Looking forward to more snow soon!! |
