Ravine Lodge Road is icy and you can only drive to the gate. Remember that you have to hike in to the trail head. |

Trail is in great condition. 2 blow downs that are easy to walk over. I bare booted for first 2 miles then put on the MSR's.
There were hikers with micros and others with snowshoes. The shoes were the best bet as the footing wasn't solid.
