Icy snow stuck to my pup's legs quite a bit and irritated him after awhile. Time to get a pair of doggie gaiters. |

Barebooted to viewpoint. Spikes after that all the way up and down. Saw bareboot, snowshoes, and spikes. Take your pick! Some big drifts on the last summit stretch, easily avoidable. A balmy -23 windchill on the summit. |
