Waterville seem to have quite a few visitors today. |

Ice - Blue, Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Ice - Breakable Crust, Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular |

The rocks were quite icy at all of the crossing and it would have been very tough without spikes. |

There was alot of small branches from the winds yesterday. We cleaned most of it up. |

| Comments: |
All is not lost! At least not on this trail. At least 1/2 the snow melted but there were only a few patches of flow ice. Microspikes were perfect for the hike. It was very cold and windy up high. |
