Comments
Comments: The classic loop, up FWT and down OBP. What an amazing day on the ridge. Abundant sun, little to no wind, and somewhat mild temps. It was actually quite warm on the ridge in the bright sun, didn't feel like January! There are some rocks popping up but for the most part this entire loop is packed down solid. Some areas of ice at the falls on FWT but nothing that can't be negotiated. I wore spikes all day. The clouds moved in shortly after I got down, socking in the ridge. Saw several people out enjoying the day, doing the loop in different directions. Very nice to be up here without the crowds!
