| Comments: |
Did the Gorge/Snapper loop after work yesterday. Gorge Brook was very well packed all the way up until treeline where it began to drift, but not so much so that it was difficult to find the trail or need snowshoes. The summit is pretty wind blown but there is no major drifting. The Carriage Road was farily well tracked, though not as well as Gorge Brook, and Snapper was less so. If there was more snow I'd recommend snowshoes for Snapper, but with only 4-5" on the ground they're not worth the trouble. |
