Parking/Access Road Notes: Plenty of parking at the Depot and surrounding lots.

Surface Conditions: Ice - Blue, Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular

Recommended Equipment: Light Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All water crossings are easy to get over... First one was bridged a little further up. The rest are rock hops.  
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trails are well packed and easy to travel in spikes.  
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Easy route for dogs... Open crossings for water and snow to eat but always pack extra food and water for them. Lil' Nugget loves this loop.

Bugs: Ha ha ha! Nope.  
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Nothing of note.  
 
Comments
Comments: This is such a well traveled loop from the AMC Highland Center that the trails are rarely in poor condition. Well packed today, I used spikes and left the shoes at home. All in all a great day out there for my first hike of 2016.
