| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
The parking lot for the Glen Boulder Tr/Glen Ellis Falls is unplowed and inaccessible for most cars. That means you either have to park on the shoulder or at the Pinkham notch visitor center, which adds about a mile along the pond trail. We parked on a cleared shoulder about a 1/4 mile from trailhead |

| Surface Conditions: |
Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular |
|
| Recommended Equipment: |
Light Traction |
|
| Water Crossing Notes: |
There are only two crossings and they are at the very beginning. The first one was a little dicey with fast moving water under thick crusted ice covered with snow. Crossed gingerly |

| Comments: |
The entire trail is very well packed, no snowshoes necessary despite 6-8 inches of fluffy snow all around. Used microspikes for steep ascent and descent of Wildcat E but not really necessary for other parts. There are three fairly technical sections on the first ascent but Ice axe was not needed and microspikes + crossed fingers were fine |
