Comments
Comments: Sawyer River Road solid in center where snow machines packed down, off to side breakable with a few inches loose, barebooted entire way.
Signal Ridge Trail, requires snowshoes. Tried to bare boot. Too slow.
Stopped at Sawyer River crossing at around noon.
Started too late, figured without snowshoes we would have not summited until after 3.
Came out last week in the dark from Whiteface/Passaconaway, wife was not thrilled to do two weeks in a row.
Will be back again
