| Comments: |
Nice day for this trek. LL hut was packed 12/31/15, so they were all coming out as we went in. Lots of people on trail, which was well-packed. Microspikes worked very well the whole day. Some challenging ice steeps higher up, but did not need crampons. Snowshoes useless, snow not deep enough, and this trail was well-packed. |
